Our Sourdough Bases have been perfected over the last few years. Love is our secret ingredient, you can rest easy knowing that our bases are fresh all the way to our toppings with freshness and love.


Sourdough is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. It uses biological leavening rather than using cultivated baker’s yeast. The lactic acid produced by the lactobacilli gives it a more sour taste and improves the keeping qualities.


Sourdough is a great alternative to conventional bread. It has lower phyate levels- what does that mean? It makes it more nutritious and easier to digest. All these scientific terms- but put it more simply, it is less likely to spike your blood sugar levels, which makes it an option for those monitoring their blood sugar. It also contains lower amount of gluten and its prebiotic and probiotic properties that may help improve digestion.
