It all started in Bondi, back in 2000, when a group of local mates set out to create the kind of pizza they couldn’t stop thinking about. Crisp bases, fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and a process built around doing things properly.

What began as an idea between friends soon turned into a local favourite. After years of refining recipes, perfecting every detail, and serving slices worth coming back for, Doughboy found its home in North Bondi Village — just steps away from one of Australia’s most iconic beaches.

Fresh, artisanal, and made with consistency at its core, Doughboy Pizza has been part of Bondi’s food scene ever since.

    Had a wonderful Experience. Food is great but the standout thing, the service is really amazing especially the staff… oh Just so good like they give food with care and take care like your family. Simply amazing. Definitely visit. Highly recommend

    Hands down the best pizza in Bondi! The crust was perfect — crispy on the outside and soft in the middle — and the toppings were super fresh. Ali served us and was honestly the nicest guy, so friendly and welcoming. You can tell he really cares about the food and the vibe. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Thanks Ali❤️‍🔥🍕

    Manager Ali at Doughboy Bondi is amazing! He sent me the most delicious veggie pizza I’ve ever had! He went above and beyond to help when Uber Eats got it wrong, and he was polite, friendly and gave the best service. Will definitely order again, directly from Ali at Doughboy!

    Interesting menu. Excited to see the whole meal spelt crust option. Vegetable salad was really tasty and filling. Medium pizza with salad was good for me and a large served my two adult daughters well. Take out only.

    I heard about this place and decided to give it a try — and all I can say is that it was AMAZING! As someone who loves pizza but hates feeling bloated afterward, this place really came through. Definitely recommend checking it out!
